Our research maps a live mandate to your background: what you have shipped, published or maintained, not a keyword match on a CV. Any first contact is brief, off-platform, and reveals nothing about you to anyone until you choose to engage.
Briefed
If the mandate interests you, we share the full context under confidentiality (the organisation, the remit, the people) so you can decide with complete information before anyone knows your name.
Introduced
Only with your explicit consent do we introduce you, directly to the principal, never to a panel. You remain in control of the process from first word to final terms.
